BIG BEAVERTON BIRTHDAY BASH EVE
Debra, Ashley and I drove from Medford to Beaverton this afternoon to attend the party tomorrow celebrating the birthdays of Bethany, Silas and Devon. They were all born in June. Shortly after arriving, Naomi discovered my little camera tripod.
Silas asked me to time him in his effort to stand on one foot as long as possible. He balanced for just under two minutes while Devon climbed up the door frame in the background.
Silas continues balancing on one foot while Devon continues climbing up the door frame.
Devon showing a "no hands" trick while Silas continues a "one foot" balancing act. As the evening winds down, each boy is allowed to share one joke before going to bed. Devon asks "Why did the toilet paper roll downhill?" Nobody could guess the correct answer: So it could get to the bottom. Silas takes a turn at comedy with his joke: Why is it dangerous to do math in the jungle? Again, nobody new the answer: Because if you add four plus four, you might get eight (ate).

You forgot to add the part about how Bethany took the slobbery rubberband and put it in her hair. That was a great part of the night, don't you think?
See you in the morning!
This made me laugh right out loud. Oh my gosh...BOYS....seriously, the one foot standathon and the climbing of the door frame...things that do not happen in a house of girls. So funny!!!!
I love the jokes. I was thinking the same thing as Beep. I didn't have anyone climbing on door frames either. Although Angi was an outside climber.
So glad that Bruce didn't have to go alone.
