BYE, BYE, SUMMER

The afternoons are still reaching high temperatures in the 90’s, but the evenings are cooling off into the 50’s. Consequently, the temperature of the water in the pool has dropped from 84 degrees three weeks ago to 71 degrees today.

So, we bid a fond farewell to summer. Eight lounges, two chairs and five tables are now missing from their regular places on the patio.

Their new home, for about the next eight months, will be in a stack beside the chimney.



Our overnight guest, Makiah, sits atop the stack as we say, “Bye, bye, summer”.
